▸ What size should I order?

All our pieces are true to size unless otherwise stated in the product description. Check the size chart before adding to cart.

If your bebé is between sizes or you prefer a roomier fit, we suggest sizing up.

▸ When will you restock a specific item?

Sign up for Back in Stock alerts on sold-out products to get notified when they return. For drop updates, join our mailing list — bad bebés get it first.

▸ What payment methods do you accept?

Afterpay, PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Buy now, slay later.

▸ Something’s wrong with my order

▸ I want to change or cancel my order

Email orders@badbebe.com.au as soon as possible. If it’s already shipped, we can’t intercept it.

These symbols help you care for your bebé’s pieces correctly. Here’s what they mean:

  • Wash at or below 30°C Wash at or below 30°C
  • Tumble dry low temperature Tumble dry low temperature

▸ When can I expect to receive my order?

Processing: up to 48 hours (up to 7 business days during drops/sales).
Shipping (AU): Standard 2–7 business days, Express 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive tracking once shipped.

▸ Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes — available in Sydney from an Earlwood location.

▸ How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link via email (allow up to 24 hours for updates). Need help? Email orders@badbebe.com.au.

▸ Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Estimated times:
International Standard: 1–4 weeks
International Express: 2–7 business days.
Duties & taxes are shown at checkout — no surprise fees.

▸ Can I return or exchange my item?

We offer exchanges or store credits on full-priced items within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Sale items are final sale.

▸ What if my item is faulty?

Email orders@badbebe.com.au with your order number, description, and photos. Choose a replacement, store credit, or refund. Covered under Australian Consumer Law.

▸ How do I lodge a return or exchange?
  1. Email us with your order number, item and reason.
  2. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
  3. Allow 2–5 business days for processing once received.
