Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship, process, and handle returns.

ORDER PROCESS

As soon as your order lands, our team gets it moving — packed with care, attitude, and a little bad bebé energy.

We’ll always endeavour to process orders as soon as possible, but please allow the following timeframes:

Standard processing: Up to 48 hours

During drops or sales: up to 7 business days
(these are our peak times — new drops and sales always bring the heat)

Selecting express shipping speeds up delivery once dispatched — not the packing time.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

AUSTRALIA

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

Standard: approximately 2 – 7 business days

Express: approximately 1 – 3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your region, weather events, or peak periods.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide, and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight and chosen service.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

International Standard: approximately 6 - 27 business days

International Express: approximately 2 – 7 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs processing and your country’s postal network. Any applicable duties and taxes will appear at checkout — no hidden fees or surprise charges on delivery.

Your order will be ready for pick-up within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Orders containing pre-order pieces will be packed and shipped together once all items are available.
If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

DELAYS AND CUSTOMS

While we always aim for smooth, on-time delivery, unexpected delays can happen due to customs checks, weather or seasonal demand.
If your parcel seems delayed, contact orders@badbebe.com.au and our team will assist where possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your bad bebé pieces as much as we loved creating them.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made the process simple.

EXCHANGE

CHANGE OF MIND / INCORRECT SIZE

We get it — sometimes things don’t fit right or you change your mind.
We accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order.

You can choose to:

Exchange for another size, colour or style (subject to availability), or

Receive a store credit to use on any future drop (store credits never expire).

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • No perfume, marks or odours

Sale or promotional items are final and not eligible for return or exchange

All return and exchange shipping costs are self-funded by the customer

Once received and approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 2 – 5 business days.
If your requested exchange item isn’t available, a store credit will be issued instead.

FAULTY ITEMS

Each piece is quality-checked before it leaves us, but if something slips through, we’ll make it right.
Email orders@badbebe.com.au with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the fault.

If confirmed faulty, you can choose:

  • A replacement (if available)
  • A store credit
  • A full refund

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for major faults, and compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage.

SALE ITEMS

All sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited unless deemed faulty.

RETURNS

Customers can request a return or exchange by emailing orders@badbebe.com.au with your order number and item details.
All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable courier service.

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Check that your item meets the conditions above.

Email orders@badbebe.com.au with your order number, items and reason for return or exchange.

Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Once received, please allow 2 – 5 business days for processing.

PARCEL RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order has been dispatched, bad bebé is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
If your parcel appears lost or delayed, contact our team — we’ll help investigate and provide updates.
